My name is Damian Sire and in the following lines I will be telling you who I am and what I do.

I love numbers! I collect data and insights, analyze and learn about them, then ask the right questions to find useful answers.

My biggest passions are programming, automation and data visualization. I love learning and if what I learn is related to programming, even better.

I have been actively attending meetups for years, either in person or virtually. I had always considered them as an incredible space, where I could be in contact with other developers and learn a lot. But nowadays, they have become a space to share with the community and for me to be able to help it grow.

Throughout my life I have discovered that the best way to learn is to do it with the intention of sharing it with others. Through sharing, true knowledge is reached. This has led me to be very active in various development communities.

It's an incredible feeling when people send you messages about how much they have benefited from what you have created, that they support you to keep going, that they like what you do or share. Those interactions are priceless. The fact of sharing what I know, of creating something that others can use, of being able to analyze my environment through data and improve my surroundings, those are the things that move me every day
